HANDEL JUNGLEBIRD TABLE LAMP. Handel table lamp has reverse painted shade with colorful orange, yellow, blue and green junglebirds, two setting side by side on a branch on one side of the shade and a junglebird in flight on the other side. Birds are set amongst various types of jungle vegetation in shades of green, amber and purple against a shaded yellow and orange background. Shade has a chipped ice finish on the exterior. Shade rests on a Handel oriental style base with cream color painted body and raised and painted oriental style flowers. Shade is signed on bottom inside edge “Handel 6874” and artist initialed “P”. Base is signed on the bottom with applied cloth tag. SIZE: Shade is 17-7/8″ dia. Lamp is 22″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear and darkening to painted finish on base. 5-66930 (12,000-15,000)
