SHERATON MAHOGANY DROPLEAF TABLE. Circa 1840, New England. The figural rectangular top with hinged D-leaves projecting above the conforming apron. The ends concave and fitted with a single thumbmolded drawer at each end, raised on tapering cylindrical reeded legs. SIZE: 28″ h x 42″ l x 21″ w (closed), 42-1/2″ (open). PROVENANCE: From a fine Concord, Massachusetts home. CONDITION: Restored and repolished. Generally good. One hinge replaced. 9-27941 (800-1,200)
