PETRO PAVESI (Italian, Early 20th Century) CARDINALS VISIT WITH THE POPE. Wonderful interior watercolor shows two Cardinals having tea with the Pope. Library setting has a fancy interior with bookshelves and hung tapestry. Chairs and table rest on a fine Caucasian Oriental rug. Signed lower left “P. Pavesi 1901”.
