SILVIO FACCIOLI (Italian, 19th/20th Century) AFTER THE CONCERT. Oil on wood panel shows a finely dressed maid holding feather duster under her arm and simulating playing a clarinet in her hands. A man with a broom sings in the background. The interior scene shows a concert hall with French style armchairs and large columns. The foreground shows an assemblage of different instruments left in place by the musicians. Signed lower right, unframed and having a wonderful detailed style. SIZE: 14-3/4” x 11-3/4”.
