HAND DRAWN PLOT PLAN OF GARDINER, MAINE. Watercolor and penned plot plan shows a subdivided area the Kennebec River, the Androscoggin River and ponds on three sides. The sections are divided into 4800 acre lots and the water is colored green. The map is annotated and inscribed on bottom section. The piece is signed “Thomas M. Kuhnie”. The map is a copy drawn from the original by John Johnston December, 26 1809. Housed in a modern chrome frame with brown matte. SIZE: 30″ x 22″. CONDITION: The edges have bites and small tears, a split through top center approximately 10″ long, some discoloration but generally good and intact. 9-94193 (2,000-3,000)
