EARLY REMINGTON BEALS NAVY MODEL 3RD VARIATION PERCUSSION REVOLVER. Cal. 36 Perc. SN 98. Blued finish, 7-1/2” oct bbl, dovetail cone front sight, brass triggerguard, 2-pc smooth walnut grips. 3rd variation without pin extension on the double wing cylinder pin. Approx. 4,000 were produced for the civilian market with military acquisitions being made in the open market. CONDITION: Good. All metal surfaces have been cleaned & polished with enhancement to the iron parts. Grips show wears at the bottom and have been refinished. Bore is lightly pitted.
