CONNECTICUT QUEEN ANNE FIGURED MAPLE DRESSING TABLE. Third quarter 18th century. The diminutive dressing table with rectangular top having a molded edge projecting above the conforming frieze with scalloped apron and single thumbmolded drawer, raised on cabriole legs with shaped returns, terminating in large pad feet. SIZE: 28″ h. x 31″ overall w. x 26″ case w. x 21-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Of pegged construction with original unaltered top, original hardware, drawer, legs, returns, and feet. Early professional restoration and cleaned finish with rich golden brown color and nice patina. Drawer side bottoms restored. 9-93666 (3,000-5,000)
