Oil on canvas New York street scene shows a wide boulevard with cars and people under a heavy snow with nine American flags flying from poles off buildings. Unsigned but having a card attached to back signed by John Marion, 1979 attributing the painting to Guy Wiggins as a study for his larger piece of work titled, “ARMISTICE DAY, NEW YORK”.
