MORGAN & CLAPP DERRINGER. Cal. 22. SN: 110. 3″ octagonal bbl, marked “MORGAN & CLAPP / NEW HAVEN.CT.” on the top flat. The initials “EW” are scratched on the bottom gripstrap and the SN has been stamped on the bottom of the frame in very large numbers. CONDITION: Traces of blue on the bbl, mostly gray patina with light surface rust and pitting. Mellow patina on the brass. Right grip has several chips around the screw escutcheon and both are worn flat at the base. Mechanically excellent. 4-52992 FS233 (250-350)
