HANDEL LEADED LAMP. Shade begins with a geometric top in caramel colors and is accented by a large border having five-petaled flowers and heavily textured pink and mauve glass set against a green foliage irregular border ground. This green border encompasses the entire green spectrum. The shade is supported by a three-socket base. This base has a pierced top cap, finial, three acorn pull chains and is finished with a chocolate brown patina and verde green accents. A similar example of the shade may be found in the book Mosaic Shades Volume II by Paul Crist, page 74. Base is impressed “Handel” to side of foot. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Overall is 22″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-66178 (1,500-2,500)
