ROYAL WORCESTER DOUBLE FAIRY LAMP. Exceptional double fairy lamp has a Royal Worcester porcelain base depicting a girl standing by a tree with a bird nest and eggs in one hand looking to the sky for the birds that lost their nest. The figural base is done in a bright white glaze. Base supports a double cricklite frame which holds two Clarke cricklite inserts. Each signed “Cricklite Clarkes Patent Trade Mark”. Inserts are topped with a clear glass cricklite shade and are covered by two original yellow silk shades with beaded fringe. Lamp is marked on the underside “Royal Worcester England Trade Mark Cricklite”. Lamp is also marked on the base “Hadley”. SIZE: Overall 21-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor discoloration to silk shades. 5-62977 (2,000-3,000)
