19TH CENTURY SHEFFIELD SILVER PLATED HOT WATER KETTLE. The piece having a round removable lid with large knop. The tapered ribbed body having two oak-branch with acorn & leaf handles. Set on a fixed stand with four shell-scroll feet. The body having a side spigot with bone turned handle. SIZE: 17″ h x 14″ at widest. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Family, (F.W. Woolworth Department Store). CONDITION: Spigot handle missing side cap, knop with push-in dent, some wear to plating, otherwise good. 9-24663 (1,500-2,500)
