FINE MASSACHUSETTS CARVED MAHOGANY ONE DRAWER STAND. Circa 1840, Salem, Massachusetts. The rectangular top with turret corners above the conforming frieze fitted with single drawer of figural mahogany with cockbeaded edges and brass knobs with floral rosettes. The whole raised on spiral twist cylindrical legs headed by engaged ring-turned pilasters terminating in brass capped casters. SIZE: 28-1/2″ h x 20-1/2″ w x 16-1/2″ d.
