APPLIED & ENAMELED VASE. Attributed to August Jean, the dark amber vase has gilt and enameled floral decoration surrounding 2/3 of the body and is further decorated with three applied tear drops; two in amber glass and one in light blue glass. Vase is finished with an irregular rim and three applied feet; one foot in amber glass, one in light blue and one in amethyst. Marked in the polished pontil with a red enameled “H”. SIZE: 5-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Private Collection of Dorothy Lee Jones. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-61791 (600-900)
