MORAVIAN REDWARE SLIP-DECORATED BOWL. 19th century, North Carolina. This nice glazed example of medium brown color slip-decorated with yellow, green and brown lines. Bowl exterior unglazed. SIZE: 3″ h. x 12″ dia. CONDITION: Slip decoration with oxidized losses, glaze with craquelure. Bowl with small spider hairline crack descending from upper rim to base. Bowl exterior side with roughness to surface. Otherwise good. 9-99764 (1,500-2,000)
