STEUBEN KNEELING WOMAN ART DECO FLOOR LAMP. Rare and unusual cast lead glass depicting a kneeling woman surrounded by grape clusters and vines of frosted glass. It is supported by an ornate three column, four footed deco style base. The base is decorated by a complimentary grape pattern and illuminated by two sockets with tin reflector panel on the back. A similar example of glass maybe found in the book Frederick Carter and Steuben glass American Classics by Thomas Dimitroff, pg 93, fig. 4.121. SIZE: Glass 9-1/4″ h x 9″ w. Base 66″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. Glass panel has some minor chips and roughness to edges. 5-68855 (2,000-3,000)
