CROWN MILANO SWEET MEAT JAR. Very nice Crown Milano sweet meat has impressed vertical diagonal bands in white against a soft yellow background. The jar is further decorated with gold gilt decoration of flowers, stems and leaves encircling the body of the jar. Jar is topped with a gold plated collar, handle and lid. Lid is impressed with a floral design and is mounted with a sculpted turtle handle. Jar is marked on the underside with the Crown Milano mark and numbered “527”. Underside of lid is impressed “MW 4416”. SIZE: 5″ dia. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with wear to gold on hardware. 5-63670 (200-400)
