SHERATON MAHOGANY WING CHAIR. Circa 1840. New Hampshire or Coastal Maine The serpentine crestrail joined to ogival wings continuing to horizontal rolled arms above incurved supports centering the trapezoidal seat raised on frontal blocked and reeded cylindrical legs terminating with ball feet on casters, the rear legs backswept. SIZE: 47-1/2″ h of back, 31″ w of chair. CONDITION: Structurally very good. The frame has been stripped of its upholstery. 9-20066 (2,000-3,000)
