FULL BODY COPPER HORSE AND JOCKEY WEATHERVANE. Last quarter, 19th century, Massachusetts. Attributed to L.W. Cushing & Sons, Waltham, Massachusetts. The horse, “Ethan Allen” model, depicted with the jockey on trotting horse with wire bridle & reins. The jockey with zinc head with overall later gilded surfaces. Offered with a museum stand. SIZE: 17-1/4″h x 29″l. CONDITION: Generally good with early restoration and re-gilding over original gilded surfaces. 9-24705 (7,000-9,000)
