DAUM FRENCH CAMEO ACID-ETCHED & ENAMELED VASE. Wonderful Daum vase has an acid textured background and is decorated with an enameled rearing lion and fleur de lis. The lion is done in bronze colored enamel with heavy red enamel trim around the mane and gilt outline. The pinched figure-8 mouth has peaks of glass at each end and is trimmed in gold. Signed on the underside with engraved “Daum Nancy” with Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 5″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear to gilding. 5-61328 (1,500-2,000)
