APPLIED FLOWER EWER. Very nice Victorian glass ewer features body shading from deep pink to white. Vase is decorated with hand blown applied flowers, stems and leaves in amber, white, blue and pink glass. Vase is finished with applied amber glass handle which flows downward to become the stem of the flowers. Vase retains early antique dealer’s paper tag “Mrs. Herbert Landick Old Art Glass Canton Massachusetts”. Vase is unsigned. Attributed to Stevens & Williams. Similar example is pictured on the dustcover of 19th Century Art Glass by Ruth Webb Lee. SIZE: 11″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-62953 (600-1,000)
