Rare Imperial silver gilt letter knife from the grape pattern made for Emperor Nicholas I marked with “84” silver standard (87.5%) also marked with initials “DT” for Cyrillic Demitry Tverskoy and dated “1874”. St. Petersburg mark with work masters initials “IFF” for Johan Frederik Falck and retailers mark “N&P” for Nicholas and Plinke. Circa 1847. SIZE: 8-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Very good with wear to finish and slight bend at very tip of knife. 5-62559 (100-300)
