MODEL 1860 SPENCER RIFLE. Cal. 52. 28-1/2” bbl. SN 23250. Top of frame marked “SPENCER REPEATING RIFLE COMPANY BOSTON, MASS PAT’D MARCH 6, 1860”. Gun appears 100% orig and complete. CONDITION: Markings are excellent and deep. Bore is very good. Scattered pitting on frame, bands, and bbl. Heavy pitting on buttplate. 6” gouged line and crack on reverse of buttstock.
