WALTER L. DEAN (AMERICAN, 1854-1912) HARBOR UNDER MOONLIGHT. Large oil on canvas scene shows two small sailboats moored in shallow inlet with land beyond. Lights can be seen in one sailboat and along the shore. A bright full moon shines through scattered clouds and reflects on the water. Signed lower left, “WALTER L. DEAN”.
