PAIRPOINT TABLE LAMP. Spanish Gallion reverse painted scene is painted in minute detail in vibrant colors of blue and green which represent the ocean while the sky is painted in muted pinks, peaches and blue. The ships are painted in vibrant orange, blues and tan. This is a very nice example of this directiore shade. Supporting the shade is a three column Art Nouveau base with scrollwork to top and bottom. The base is completed with two sockets, pull chains, three cork tipped arms and finial. Shade is artist signed “C Durand”. Base is signed “Pairpoint” also with a “P” in a diamond and numbered “D8084”. SIZE: Shade 16″ across. Base 21-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base has replaced hardware, but is more than acceptable. Base has minor wear to finish. 5-69787 (3,750-4,250)
