ANTIQUE WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 RIFLE. SN 142290. Cal .32-40 26″ oct bbl with express front sight and open rear sight standard blue receiver with case colored hammer, trigger and lever crescent steel rifle buttplate. Stock and forend of straight grain American walnut. Bbl retains 80% blue with edge wear and handling marks. Magazine tube retains 95% blue. CONDITION: Very good. Very good receiver blue mixing with patina with an area of pitting on the lower rear corner of left side. Dark case colors on lever, hammer and trigger mixing with patina on the edges. Buttplate has overall patina with small spots of surface corrosion. Sound stockand with normal wear and handling marks. Forend has worn finish with handling marks and one deep scratch on left side.
