NEW ENGLAND QUEEN ANNE PINE CHEST AND FRAME. Second half 18th century, probably New Hampshire. The rectangular case with cove molded cornice above the conforming dovetailed case fitted with an arrangement of two aligned drawers over four graduated long drawers with a molded base fitted on a frame with astragal arched apron and acorn pendant finials, raised on cabriole legs with shaped returns on pad feet. SIZE: 65-1/2″ h x 41″ w x 22″ d. CONDITION: Structurally sound. Refinished and with replaced hardware. We believe this example has an associated frame. 9-20217 (2,500-4,000)
