LOT OF FRAMED AUTOGRAPH & PHOTO OF COL. MOSBY & A UNION MAJOR. (1) Ink signed autograph of Lt. Col. John Mosby that is actually signed “Jno. S. Mosby”. It is signed on a CDV sized card and is accompanied by a 6-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ image of Col. Mosby in full uniform in studio setting wearing his sword, knee high boots, revolver and field glasses. CONDITION: Autograph appears authentic but has not been authenticated. Photo is a reprint. Both items and the frame are fine. (2) Framed CDV sized photo of a man in Union uniform purported to be Major Peter Zim of the Ohio Vol. Infantry. He is seated in a studio setting in his uniform holding his sword with heavy tassels and his Hardee hat with acorn band and a flash on the side with the infantry bugle on the front. CONDITION: Fine. Slightly yellowed with a few scattered spots of light foxing. From the collection of the late John Hamilton. 4-52163 JR426 (300-500)
