During this time period there are a number of interesting articles & events such as Buonaparte’s retreat from Syria and in Paris; Updates on the 6th Congress; Issue 162 dated Dec. 23rd & Issue 163 dated Dec. 30th, 1799 announcement of George Washington’s death; a number of continuing newspaper services with articles on humor, poetry, advertisements & classifieds of the day, ship’s comings & goings, & letters to the editor; Proclamations of John Adams, and much more.
