DAUM FRENCH CAMEO VASE. Outstanding Daum corset shaped vase is done in acid textured, slightly opalescent glass with gray and black enameled Dutch windmill scene surrounding the vase. The front of the vase is further decorated with two beautifully enameled insects — a brown and yellow bumble bee and a mosquito with light lavender wings. Vase is finished with gilding at the foot and the lip. Unsigned. SIZE: 6″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-61267 (1,000-1,500)
