SOLON FRANCIS MONTECELLO BADGER (American, 1873-1919) PORTRAIT OF THE SCHOONER “SULLIVAN”. Oil on canvas portrait shows the two mast schooner sailing right to left with full sails. Eight men on deck, American flag, and ships pennant flying off back mast. The ship sails by the twin lighthouses of Thatcher Island. Signed lower left “S.F.M. Badger 93″.
