EIGHT COLORED LACY GLASS BOWLS & PLATES, MOSTLY BY BOSTON & SANDWICH GLASS CO. 1-2) Roman Rosette pattern dishes; one in amethyst and one in amber. 3) Prince Feather variant in light cobalt blue. 4) Daisy with peacock eye dish in light blue. 5-6) Pressed crossed swords nappis; one in cobalt and one in starch blue. 7) An unidentified pattern in deep amethyst with Gothic arches and circles on base with what appears to be a daisy and button pattern in the center. SIZE: 5-1/2″ dia, 5-1/4″ dia, 5″ dia, 6-1/2″ dia, 4-7/8″ dia, 4-1/2″ dia, 6″ dia and 4-1/4″ dia respectively. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: 1-2) Good condition showing flakes and spalling to the scallops and points along the edge and very good to excellent with only minor flakes to several of scallops. 3) Very good with flakes and spalling to the edge scallops. 4) Very good with numerous flakes to outside rim. 5-6) Very good with flakes to several of scallops on edge and very good to excellent showing a few flakes to the scalloped edge. 7) Fair with numerous flakes to edge and one large chip. 8) Unidentified amethyst glass nappi with a star and crosshatched base. 8) Very good to excellent. 5-63146 (600-800)
