12″ SWAINE & CO CHARACTER BABY. Bisque head baby incised “232 2”. Made for Swaine and Co. by Armand Marseilles and although unmarked, it is also known as the open mouth “Lori” baby only this doll has an open mouth with two teeth and the marked “Lori” baby has a closed mouth. She has molded and painted hair with sleep eyes and is on a five piece bent limb composition body and wears antique white cotton baby dress. SIZE: 12″ (31cm). CONDITION: Bisque head excellent, wear to body with some repaint especially the right arm. 1-7939 (400-800)
