DUFFNER & KIMBERLY THISTLE TABLE LAMP. Handsome leaded table lamp has a thistle pattern shade with eight separated panels of thistle design with light blue and green petals leading to a deep rich heavily textured blue flower center. Each flower is set against a striated green background. The shade is supported by a matching base with the thistle pattern in high relief extending from the foot up the stem. The base has a four light cluster, four acorn pulls, a pierced top cap and finial. Shade and base carry a desirable chocolate brown patina with green highlights. Unsigned. A similar example of lamp is pictured in the book Mosaic Shades Vol II by Paul Crist, page 213. SIZE: Shade is 19″ dia. Lamp is 24-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with very few, if any tight hairlines to shade. 5-62021 (10,000-15,000)
