DAUM CAMEO CRANE BOWL. Exceptional Daum bowl has cameo cranes flying above a pond with lily pads and flowers all in translucent green glass. Bowl is further decorated with internal red vertical bands and an etched floral border surrounding the neck finished in gold gilding. Shoulder of the bowl is acid textured while the bottom of the bowl is smooth. Each cameo crane is highlighted with red and black enamel while the lily pads and flowers are shaded with gray enamel giving the bowl a wonderful evening feel. Bowl is signed on the underside with carved “Daum Nancy” with Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 9″ dia x 5-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear to gilding on lip. 5-62063 (7,000-10,000)
