MIRROR WITH THULIN CARVED FRAME. Partial gilt carved wood frame houses plate mirrored glass. The frame has a carved signature “Thulin 1940” with artist monogram. PROVENANCE: Thulin Estate, Hamden, Maine. Handed down through family descent from Walfred Thulin (1878-1949). Thulin worked for the Carrig-Rohane Workshop until he had his own shop in Boston from 1912 into the 1940’s. SIZE: Frame interior is 18-1/8” x 14-1/8”. Outside is 22-3/8” x 18-3/8”.
