SIX DEDHAM POTTERY BUTTER PLATES. Consisting of two ‘DUCK’ plates, one ‘HORSECHESTNUT’ plate, one ‘IRIS’ plate, one ‘MAGNOLIA’ plate, and one ‘POND LILY’ plate. Four with impressed rabbit marks, and all with “DEDHAM POTTERY” rabbit marks in underglaze-blue. SIZE: Average dia. 6″. PROVENANCE: Richard Paine Estate, Seal Cove, ME. CONDITION: Four in very good condition, the ‘IRIS’ with worn glazing and minor discoloration, the ‘POND LILY’ with rim chips, glazing loss, and wear. 9-92523-1 (500-700)
