TWO DEDHAM POTTERY ‘HORSE CHESTNUT’ PATTERN PLATES. Each painted in medium blue with a border of horse chestnuts and alternating flowering vines. Stamped “Dedham Pottery Registered” rabbit mark in underglaze-blue. SIZE: The first 9-3/4″ dia. The second 8-3/4″ dia. PROVENANCE: Richard Paine Estate, Seal Cove, ME. CONDITION: Both very good overall, the larger with some glaze absence center underside plate, the smaller with base rim chip. 9-92511, 9-92516 (200-300)
