*RARE REMINGTON MODEL 12F PUMP RIFLE. Cal. 22. SN 58734. Beautiful early little rifle with 24” oct bbl, standard sights with straight grain wood, ribbed bullet shaped forearm and semi-pistol grip stock with crescent buttplate. The receiver is beautifully engraved with vignettes of two running rabbits on the left side and a squirrel on the right side surrounded by arabesque pattern engraving, which extends over the top and bottom of the receiver. The serial number on the bottom of the receiver is engraved. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains a plum/brown patina overall with slight muzzle and sharp edge wear. Magazine tube is mostly a plum/blue patina with light wear in the slide areas. Receiver retains most of its original factory blue, turned slightly dull. Wood is sound with several small nicks, scratches and dings and a bruise on the wrist and retains about 90% original varnish. Mechanics are fine, bright shiny bore. 4-52484 JR267 (3,000-5,000)
