ISLAMIC FLINTLOCK BLUNDERBUS. NSN. 55 Cal. 10” part oct Damascus bbl. There are no markings. The silver Damascene treelike decoration is at the rear and front of the bbl. The stock is checkered at the wrist with light carving at the rear of the triggerguard and miniscule cheek pieces on both sides. There is a very large saddle ring mounted on the left side of the stock. CONDITION: Dark patina with light to moderate pitting overall. Small bulge in the bbl at the rear of the bell. Checkering is almost smooth. Mechanically good. Wm. Hancock Collection 4-58569 (1,000-1,500)
