NEW ENGLAND FEDERAL PINE TWO-DRAWER BLANKET CHEST. First quarter 19th century. The hinged rectangular top with applied molded edges fitted to the conforming case having two simulated long drawers over two long drawers above a molded apron, raised on shaped tapering French feet with arcaded apron. SIZE: 42″ h x 43″ w x 19″ d. CONDITION: Professionally refinished. Brass hardware is replaced, backboards and feet original. Now with a honey-brown patina. 9-92810 (500-800)
