COLT OPEN TOP REVOLVER. Cal. 22 Short. SN 97878. Usual configuration, all nickel finish, 2-3/8” bbl, half moon front sight, 7-shot cylinder, and spur trigger with birdhead walnut grips. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains most all of its strong bright original nickel with a small nick or two here and there and slight loss at the front edge of the cylinder. Hammer and trigger retain most of their original blue and the grips most of their original varnish. Trigger return spring is broken; otherwise mechanics are crisp, bright shiny bore. 4-53137 JR558 (500-800)
