FRENCH PIETRA DURA JEWEL BOX. Lovely jewel coffer features four narrow Pietra Dura panels, one on each side and one elaborate panel on top. The Pietra Dura panels are inlaid with a floral design and surrounded by a black enameled stylized chain border. Interior is satin lined and box is signed “GUITHON BORDEAUX”. SIZE: 6 3/4″ by 4″. CONDITION: Back Pietra Dura panel has 1/2″ by 1/4″ damage, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-67134 (1,700-2,200)
