FRANK GERVASI (American, 1895-1986) YELLOW HOUSE IN WINTER LANDSCAPE. Oil on canvas scene shows a yellow farmhouse on side hill covered with snow next to low wooded hills. Probably a Hudson Valley scene. Signed lower right “F. Gervasi”. On back of stretcher is a partial Hudson Valley Art Association label. Housed in a period carved and gilt frame. SIZE: 25” x 30”. CONDITION: There is a number of chipped areas which are in need of inpainting, craquelure. Fair. 9-28967 (1000-1500)
