REMINGTON REVOLVING RIFLE – FACTORY CONVERSION TO CARTRIDGE. Cal. 38 RF. SN 502. It has 28” oct bbl, v-notch rear sporting sight, standard front sight, casehardened frame, loading lever & hammer, mounted in walnut stock with German silver triggerguard & crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 65-70% strong orig blue with balance a smooth plum patina. Receiver retains 50-60% faded case colors, stronger in sheltered areas. Rammer & hammer retain faded case colors & triggerguard most of its orig nickel. Wood is sound & retains about 95% orig varnish with gouge & a few small bruises. Mechanics are fine, strong bore with fine pitting. 4-59337 JH16 (4,000-6,000)
