LARGE BISQUE “PIANO BABY”. All bisque figure probably by Hertwig, German, a child with spiked curly hair wearing a multi colored night dress with pink bows on the shoulders and gold luster dots and holding a fruit in the left hand. SIZE: 7-1/2″ (19cm) t seated, 7″ l front/back. CONDITION: Excellent with one minor chip to one of the pink bows on the left shoulder, however this is a factory flaw as the chip was painted over before the figure was fired. There is also a very minor surface flake on another part of the same bow. 1-7938 (150-200)
