*REMINGTON MODEL 3200 CUSTOM ENGRAVED OVER/UNDER SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN OU5370. Fine Remington with 25-3/8” superposed bbls choked SKEET/SKEET, ventilated rib with Bradley white ivory front bead & silver middle bead. Mounted with replacement, very nicely figured checkered American walnut with beavertail forearm & pistol grip stock, 14-1/2” over a thick black “KICK-EEZ” pad. Receiver & appended metal parts are coin finished & beautifully engraved in deep Germanic style, similar to Krieghoff Crown Grade engraving with a gold fox & two gold pheasants on left side, three flying gold geese on right side, all executed in great detail with wonderful background scenes. All surrounded by foliate arabesque patterns with stippled background. Trigger guard has oak leaf patterns. Accompanied by a black leather covered, red felt lined, trunk case, compartmented for stocked receiver & bbls. Bore diameter: top – .726, bottom – .726. Bore restrictions: top – .005, bottom – .005. Wall thickness: top – .035, bottom – .035. Drop at heel: 1-7/8”, drop at comb: 1-3/8”. Weight: 8 lbs. 11.2 oz. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain most of their bright custom blue with balance of metal retaining about all of its French gray finish. Opening lever is a plum blue.
