WINCHESTER MODEL 1887 LEVER ACTION SHOTGUN.

WINCHESTER MODEL 1887 LEVER ACTION SHOTGUN. Cal. 10 ga. SN 67955. Standard grade gun with 32” rnd bbl, brass bead and uncheckered wood with rnd knob stock and checkered steel buttplate. The top of the bbl has the maker’s name and address, model number and caliber and is marked “FULL”. The left side of the wrist has two sets of five carved marks. CONDITION: Good. Metal is mostly a smooth blue/brown patina that may clean substantially better. Several of the screws are battered. Wood is sound with some nicks and gouges and a chip out of the forearm panels and overall retains a dark oil stained finish. Dark pitted bore. 4-52217 JR64 (400-700)
