*COLT MODEL 1911 SEMI-AUTO PISTOL. Cal. 45 ACP. SN 217452. Usual configuration with 5” bbl and diamond checkered grips. It has a long trigger, long wide hammer spur, short grip safety spur with a straight spring housing and a 2-tone lanyard loop magazine. CONDITION: Fine to very fine. Overall retains 88-90% original brushed military finish, thin and turning plum on the slide and grip frames. Balance is bright and strong with a spot or two of light rust on the slide and a cleaned spot at the right rear. Mechanics are fine, grips show moderate wear, and magazine is fine, strong bore with light pitting. 4-53156 JR553 (750-1,250)
