*WINCHESTER MODEL 23 GRANDE CANADIAN DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN. Cal. 20 ga. SN GC415. Fine little double with 25-1/2” bbls choked MOD/IMP-CYL with factory vent rib, Bradley White Ivory bead and broken ivory middle bead, marked on rib “GRANDE CANADIAN”, ejectors & sgl selective trigger. Mounted with nicely figured, flame grain walnut with fleur-de-lis checkered beavertail forearm & straight stock with fleur-de-lis carved & checkered side panels, 14-3/8” over its orig thin Winchester pad. Receiver is etch engraved in maple leaf & fleur-de-lis patterns with two raised gold maple leaves on floorplate. Water table is nicely jeweled. Drop at heel: 2-3/8”, drop at comb: 1-1/2”. Weight: 7 lbs. .96 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine, near new. Retains virtually all of its orig factory finish with bright blue on bbls & coin finish on receiver & trigger guard.
